Wholesale Policies

Good partnerships start with clear expectations. Here's everything you need to know about ordering, production, shipping, and selling Mugsby products.

Ordering & Minimums

  • Opening orders: $200 minimum
  • Reorders: $50 minimum
  • Individual product minimum quantities (MOQs) still apply. Some products allow mixing designs or sizes, while others require minimums per design. Follow the requirements in each product description.
  • If an order doesn't meet a product's minimum, we'll contact you to adjust the order.

Production & Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • Processing and production take 4–7 business days.
  • During holidays and high-volume seasons, please allow up to 5 additional business days.
  • Personalized orders may take longer if we're waiting for information or clarification from you.
  • Carrier transit time is separate from processing and production. Delivery dates are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Rush Orders

  • Rush processing is generally available, depending on blank inventory and production capacity.
  • Rush fees start at $20. Expedited shipping costs are separate and aren't included in the rush fee.
  • To request rush processing, email info@mugsbywholesale.com. Please wait for our team to confirm rush availability before relying on an expedited timeline.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details you submit. Please double-check spelling, names and locations before ordering.
  • Personalized orders go into production from the details you provide. We don't send routine proofs or approvals.
  • Want to see a mockup first? Request a paid mockup in Additional Instructions at checkout, before production begins. Our team will follow up regarding the additional fee before preparing the mockup.
  • If we need clarification, we'll email you at the address on your order. Please watch your inbox and reply promptly. Production and shipping may be delayed while we wait for necessary information.
  • Custom logo and first-time design work may involve setup or design fees, depending on the project.

Logo files

  • After ordering, email a high-resolution file to info@mugsbywholesale.com with your order number.
  • We accept .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .ai and .psd files. 300 dpi is ideal. Low-resolution files may require replacement artwork or additional design work before production.

Custom town designs

  • Send 6–8 things special to your town, either in the personalization box when you order or by email to info@mugsbywholesale.com with your order number in the subject line.

Retailer Requirements

Mugsby branded wholesale products may only be resold through approved physical retail locations or the retailer's own Shopify powered website.

Reselling Mugsby branded products on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms, is prohibited.

Custom or white label products specifically created by Mugsby for your business are exempt from these marketplace restrictions, subject to any terms agreed upon for those products.

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your wholesale account.

Damages & Returns

  • Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report damaged merchandise within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Email info@mugsbywholesale.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage. Our team will review the claim and follow up.
